Given my insaine fortitude I actually read the report WHILE listining to the track... and then listened to the track 4 more times. It almost moved me to tears. And for any of you that know me, you know just how rare that is. I thought it was worth sharing... and spreding to any and all friends you may have.

Sad Panda :( I dropped my Zen again, this time it hit the concrete as I was getting into the car. The poor thing is now stuck in recovery mode. I *might* be able to get it to work again if I format it... but that would mean i loose everything on it. Sad. Though I do have EVERYTHING on it on CD it would take several DAYS to put it all back on. So seeing as it was getting old and having random errors anyway it's time to say goodbye. We've had a good run Zen and I but times are changing. A new year and indeed a new era is almost upon us thus let us welcome the new, the bright, the future, the Archos 5 Sleek, Beautiful, waaayyy more then any sane person needs. It will be here in just a few days. ... with a hard leather protective case ^^;;

Just a quick update. Just finished Mirror's Edge, Good game. The story is a little lacking and you can tell that a lot got left on the cutting room floor. But the overall game play is fairly good. The balance of puzzles Vs combat is handled very well (if somewhat predictable) and the combat system itself is unique. So overall I agree with the majority of the raters in giving it an 8 out of 10. Deffinatly worth the $20 I spent for the PC version ... maybe not worth the $40 for PS3 version. And now, to bed.

I finaly finished Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters. It's better then Deadlocked, but not quite as good as the first 3. The Wepons are pretty basic, nothing realy new. The gadgets are also fairly standard. It does however go back to the original "planet" style (vs the crazy "mission" style of Deadlocked) which i like better. The story is kinnda fun but also kinnda narrow. Final score: It's worth at least renting (if your into that) it's worth playing if your a fan of the series, but don't pay more the $20 for it.
in WoW, just got my Lock the Noblegarden meta-acheivment so now she's Irissianna The Noble!
For those who care: I finaly bought the boxed, hard covored set of the Twilight books. I'm about half way through Eclipse now.
And I also bought an Olympus Stylus 1050 SW digital camera! It can take pictures under 10 feet of water! ... ya know... if I ever want to take a pic of some fish or something... ... ... or cheesecakes mmmm cheesecake.

Billy's + Incogneto rockers = Shy Fan Girl manager!
I found this all very amusing. Tuseday night was a fairly standard night. Things had slowed down a bit and I over heard one of the waitresses talking to the manager about how there had been a lot of cute guys in that day, especialy at one table that happened to be there. Well, the manager nonchalantly passes by to check them out and noticeces that they are dressed sorta similar. So she gets their waiter to ask them if there was some function going on. That's when we found out that they were none other then the Band Hollywood Undead! One of our manager's favorite bands! Due to the fact that they always wear masks on stage she didn't recognise them. Afterwords though it was total "quiet fan girl" Which I found quite amuseing. I can't wait to hear how the other watress will react when she hears that the "cute guys" were realy a semi popular rock band! Not to mention that I can now boast to having "Cooked diner for an official rock band!" Even if it was directly it was still prety cool. Though now I'll have to go check out their music.

My family and I saw Knowing today, it was better then I thought it would be... up until the last 10ish mins. They totally ruined the ending. It is with a heavy heart and a tear in my eye that I anounce the passing of my Epson CX6400. It was a good printer/scaner. It had a long life of 6ish years. It saw many a project and many many reams of paper. But in the end it succomed to failier of the motor and it's head lay still for ever more.
Enter the Epson WorkForce 500! This new state of the art Printer/scaner/copier/fax/card reader features a full color LCD diplay and more features then youo can shake a stick at! It has so many features in fact... that I don't even know any of them yet beacuse I JUST instaled it. But so far I like what I've seen.
In Other news mom got a new Laptop today. It's a pretty cool Acer, 2.1ghz 3gig ram, 160gig HD... or 250, don't remember. Anyway, should be just good enough for WoW. Dad had his laser eye surgery today, that went very well. the rest of the cataract is now gone so... yay. Umm.. I also got a new (to me) Within Temptation CD: Mother Earth, and the new Kelly Clarkson CD: All I Ever Wanted. I also just ( a few days ago) bought/finished the newest Anne Bishop book: The Shadow Queen. Ever sence i read her first book: Daughter of the Blood she has been (and still is) my absolute no bars FAVORITE author of all times. There's not a single thing about her books I don't love... that's why I own 2 copies of each of them ^.^
Oh and for you WoW players: Ding! My lock hit 80 on Wed at 4:30pm. I took a screen shot, but I'm too lazy to post it right now. Anyway, that's all. Peace out everyone!

Finished "The Darkness" on PS3 yesterday. I have to say, one of the best games in a long time! The story, while fairly straightforward is very well told. While the gameplay is challenging, it's not so hard that someone with little skill in FPS's can't do it. I would very much recommend it and I rank it just under Clive Barker's "Undying"
Saw the new "Bond" last night at the Hood... I'm glad I waited till it came there. The story was fairly thin and the action was entirely too predictable. There were a few good one liners... but not as many as one would expect from a Bond film. I'd probably still give it a 7/10 though.
I have recently been introduced to the band Paramore and have been obsessing over them for a few weeks now. The lead singer has an incredible voice and the guitar work, while pretty standard in some points, fits the music well and keeps the flow going.
And for those of you that are Spore fans, I found the Earth! ... and blew it up ^.^;; I also colonized Ganymede and raised it to a T-3. If anyone you want spoliers on how to find earth (there's an achievement for it if ya didn't know) just message me and I'll get the co ords to ya.

So here's an odd one, I was cleaning my room... which is more like an archaeological quest, when I came upon one of my old snare drums. I have 2, one good one and then this one that's not "bad" but the head is a little worn and the snare latch is a bit bent... so seeing as it's just been sitting under a pile of stuff in my room collecting dust, I've decided to get rid of/ sell it. So does anyone want (or know someone who might want) a snare drum?

Merry Christmas to everyone! Just a few things I'd like to point out about this Christmas:
1. we have 11 inches of snow at my house.
2. Ma Deathsangel has 17 at her house... she got stuck once trying to get over here yesterday to give me my presant :( But she got out so yay ^_^
3. this is the record snowfall in the last FOURTY YEARS!
4. this is the first time in my life my home city has been declaired in a state of emergency. We've been running out of chains and snowplows.
5. Our new kitten LOVES the snow. He was out running around for so long he started to shiver... and then wanted to stay out longer but I broght him back in.
6. The Dachshound puppy hates the snow... but mom wont let me leave him outside -.-

Good news!! We got a new Kitten today! He's mostly black with white paws and a white "collor" he also has a white patch on his mouth that looks like a permenant milk mustauch. We got him from an addoption agency through Petco. Oh and his name is Rocket. He's incredibly docile for a kitten and crazy curious about stuff. He spent most of today exploring the house and trying to kill robots in the Borean Tundra. He's totally Feral spec... though he could use more agi gear. He found out that he can't jump through the little triangle that the legs of our folding chairs make. Anyway... maybe i'll post some pics later. for now... bed.

Last Night - Lunik |

I'm affraid I have some terrible news. Last night Encee (our cat) pasted away. Apparent cause was stroke/heart attack. He had been breathing kinnda heavy last night so we decided to take him to the vet first thing this morrning. Well around midnight last night he started heaving and threw up a little, then he seems sick but ok. Anyway come 3ish he started yowling and ran under my parents bed, by the time dad got to him he was allready gone. For those that don't know Encee was a stray we picked up near my dad's boss's house several years ago. He was a good cat (if a little klutzy) and will be dearly missed. His name Encee comes from NC or New Cat. We haddn't come up with a name for him by the time we took him to the vet for a check up so mom decided on that.
Here's to ya kid.
